I began exploring the possibilities of digital manipulation after purchasing software to process my negatives. I had worked in black and white for some time but I hadn't found a real voice yet.

In a way photography was to "real" or "immediate" to satisfy me. By manipulating the pictures I was able the express better what I saw and felt. Ultimately me work in photography has dropped off as my love for sculpture has increased.
